Nick Jr. and CBS Reunite - A PAW Patrol Christmas Carol Premieres Friday November 28th at 8pm

Nickelodeon is giving fans an early Christmas present in the form of reuniting with its former broadcaster of Saturday morning cartoons in the early 2000s. Nickelodeon and CBS are slated to premiere the hour-long PAW Patrol Season 11 finale A PAW Patrol Christmas Carol (S11, E29-30) which is slated to premiere on Black Friday, November 28th, 2025 at 8:00PM ET/7:00c

In the first ever hour-long PAW Patrol Christmas movie, that stupid Humdinger and those lazy community service dogs are ripping off the famous Dr. Seuss story of How the Grinch Stole Christmas in which they need to save all the presents from getting stolen by the worst Nick Jr villain ever before he steals them all and gets locked up in Santa's grotto with a lifetime supply of coal because he's so stupid.

This is the first time Nick Jr. programs have been fully broadcasted on CBS linear airwaves ever since they lost the license to broadcast Nick Jr.programs after the Nick Jr. on CBS block ended during the classic 2004-2007 Piper O'Possum branding when CBS and Viacom split into two separate commpanies. Since them, the two have been reunited and merged into the current copyright holders of Paramount Skydance Corporation, although the Viacom trademarks are still retained despite the fact that the company dropped the Viacom name in February 2022.

It's currently unknown whether or not CBS will start broadcasting Nickelodeon preschool programs on Saturday mornings again, although Nick Jr. programas returned to CBS during the final days of their  CBS All Access streaming service in December 2020 as a transition phase into rebranding the streamer to the current Paramount+ launched in March 2021.
