 Once upon a time 22 years ago in a grocery store not so far away, there was Phred, that's Phred with a P-H! Phred was of the trillions of little mascots for Phantastic Pickles! Phred was feeling leisured (that means BORED and so is everybody else, so get to the juicy part of the story, please!) when all of a sudden...(oops.) Phred's jars of pickles started rolling wildly! He saw things he thought he'd never seen before: sweet pickles, dilled pickles and chunky beef. (MOO! WHOA! Help me! Hide me! PLEASE! Jump! I'M FREE!) and THEN, (I'll take it from here) Then, I told her I was CURIOUS, I wanted to know stuff, I needed a place to think and BEFORE you could say Noggolicious three times, she transported me to a whole new world! And now, Phred lives with Feetface and Moose & Zee on the Noggin app, the mountains of Paramount+ and in the dots of www.noggin.com, but since he's so fond of foreheads, he jumps from Noggin to Noggin to host his VERY OWN TV show! Nickelodeon, Noggin and Paramount+ have unveiled via LifeHacker.com that they will upload the long-lost very first original NOGGIN series The Phred On Your Heads Show originally released in June 1999 on Wednesday August 18th, 2021

In The Phred On Your Heads Show (2 seasons x 40 30-120 minute episodes), Noggin's ORIGINAL animated mascot host Phred (THAT'S STILL PHRED WITH A P-H!) hosts his very own TV show and each episode one of Noggin's biggest fans during that time period will be selected to host the series alongside Phred.

The show would include other famed kids TV classics at the time such as Nickelodeon powerhouse Doug, BBC UK language arts drama Ghostwriter and PBS Kids superstars Sesame Street which still makes new episodes to this day, The 1971 Electric Company, 3 2 1 Contact (Dirk Niblick sketches) and Square One TV (Mathnet sketches)

It is currently unknown on whether Phred On Your Head Show and Eureeka's Castle will also be available for modern day to stream on preschool-oriented NOGGIN which is also owned by ViacomCBS and is also a mobile SVOD subscription app.

It's also unconfirmed whether this show's 2001 sequel The URL with Phred Show will also be available for modern day to stream on both platforms as only one episode of that series has been rediscovered to YouTube from the VCR tapes vault.

The Fish Apocalypse Continues - Nickelodeon Greenlights Baby Shark 2nd Season & Movie

 Baby Shark will never die!

Over the past seven months, Pinkfong Baby Shark has been doing so well in the entertainment business, that Nickelodeon and Pinkfong have confirmed that a second season of 26 half-hour episodes and a feature-length movie is currently in the works.

In the second season, the 8 billion views shark and his pal William with a design being a Breadwinners ripoff go on more crazy adventures through their underwater world of Carnivore Cove while singing original catchy songs along the way (THEY LIED: They continue using the same formula of scatting in almost EVERY song they make) making fresh new fish friends and killing villains and emenies all while with their friends and shark family and teaching about diversity and inclusion

New episodes of the first season will continue to drop in part (15-minute story A or B) or in full (both segments together) Fridays at 12:30PMET/11:30c. Blue's Clues & You! and Santiago of the Seas will also occasionally steal PAW Patrol's timeslot of Fridays at 12PM throughout the summer. PAW will get its timeslot back on July 23rd.

The news comes as the series recently got nominated in ViacomCBS' 2021 48th annual Daytime Creative Arts Emmys® Awards.

Baby Shark's Big Show! is the second of five preschool series based on YouTube channels. Nick Jr. USA is also home to Ryan's World Mystery Playdate (Command Center) and The Tiny Chef Show dropping next year, while the Australia localization is home to CKN Toys' Calvin & Kaison's Play Power. The next YouTube into TV venture in the preschool market is Lucas the Spider adapted for television by none other than Blue's Clues creator and "queen of preschool television" Angela C. Santomero which is slated to spin its webs on the new Cartoonito programming block on Cartoon Network dropping in October.

We are so saddened to report the death of famous actor, singer and rapper Biz Markie who has assed away last night at the age of 57 years old.

Biz is known better for his famed career as a hip-hop raper back in the 90s. But it wasn't until regular appearances on the 2007 Nick Jr/Noggin powerhouse Yo Gabba Gabba! which put Markie firmly on the national stage. Markie was known better on that show as a man who would teach kids how to do simple beatbox riffs

RIP Biz Marker the man who was a legend of music and television. Thank you for a great amount of love for music and beatboxing. You will be dearly missed.

Nickelodeon & TIME Magazine Announce 2nd Annual Kids of the Year Honors

 The wait is over, Nickelodeon and TIME are currently holding plans for the second annual Kid of the Year awards ceremony in early 2022

GIBBYYYYYYY!!!!! - Nickelodeon & Paramount+ Renews Inappropiate But Award-Winning iCarly Reboot for Season 2

 WHAAAAAT'S GIBBYYYYY THINKING ABOUT!?

The wait is over, Nickelodeon and Paramount+ yesterday have announced that it would renew the inappropiate TV-14 reboot of its hit kids sitcom iCarly for a season 2 of 13 episodes which is currently in production in Burbank, CA right now.

Cosgrove, Kress and Trainor still contribute to their resective roles but with the exception of inappropiate stuff such as Miranda Cosgrove swearing and Jerry Trainor drinking beer which is NEVER allowed for kids television.

This season may FINALLY involve the comeback of Jennette McCurdy which has become lazy enough to retire acting for no reason whatsoever. Although the first season has been hard to deal with without Sam and Gibby showing u at all, the execs hope to AT LEAST include her at some point in a season 2 episode.

To celebrate this renewal, the first episode of the reboot (and season 7 overall) "iStart Over" will be airing on cable television on Saturday July 17th at 9PMET/8c as part of Nick@Nite, Nickelodeon's late-night block during its closedown hours.

The first seven episodes "iStart Over", "iHATE Carly", "iFaxpalooza", "iGot Your Back", "iRobot Wedding", "iAM Cursed" and "iNeed Some Space" are all available to stream now on Paramount+. Episodes 8-13 will continue to roll out Thursday mornings at 3AMET/2c until Thursday August 26, 2021.

Nickelodeon is NOW slated to kick off its 2021 Mega Music Fest concert weekend on Thursday June 15th, 2021 with an all new episode of its hit game show Unfilthered!.

The other premieres of new music themed episodes from Santiago of the Seas, Baby Shark's Big Show!, The Patrick Star Show, Middlemost Post, The Loud House, The Casagrandes, Nick's Shorts Showcase, Henry Danger, Tyler Perry's Young Dylan Gilmer and Side Hustle will still be airing as scheduled.

Nickelodeon Unleahes UK Voice Cast For The PAW Patrol Movie

 Nickelodeon, Paramount, Spin Master and Mikros have today unveiled the all new star-studded voice cast who will take part in the UK dub of the most highly aticipated preschool movie of the summer, The PAW Patrol Movie.

The new voice actors include The Only Way is Essex alum Sam Faires, GMTV host/presenter  and journalist Richard Arnold and music legends Ronan Keating of Boyzone and veteran guest of BBC1 news/talk show The One Show and Tim Fletcher of McFly. Fletcher's 5 years old son Paul is also slated to voice in the movie.

The UK dub of the film is set to release on August 13th, a week behind of the ACTUAL worldwide release on August 20th which will be available to both people in theaters and streaming via Paramount+ in a similar tradition to those of Disney, Warner Bros and NBC.

The first five seasons of the series are available to stream on both NOGGIN and Paramount+. The successful livestream of the Broadway musical PAW Patrol Live! Musical 3: The At Home Edition which reunites the WICKED! (in a good way) Matthew Lamb of Pittsburgh, PA is also available to stream on P+.

You might think the dogs will be cancelled after the film, but in the words of Billy Mays "BUT WE'RE NOT DONE YET!". The series will still continue and will NEVER get cancelled no matter how hard you try. The series recently got picked up for a Season 9 of 26 episodes and hour-long TV movie, a new story arc "Rescue Knights" which takens our beloved canine heroes to the Stone Age and evolving into spinoffs.

PREPARE TO SMASH! - Nickelodeon To Release Super Smash Bros Parody "Nickelodeon ALL STAR BRAWL!" This Autumn

 Get ready to purchase the ULTIMATE multiplayer anime fighting game, as Nickelodeon and GameMill Entertainment have joined forces to bring you the ALL NEW Nickelodeon's ALL-STAR Super Smash bros. BRAWL!" which is slated to release later this Autumn 2021.

In this game, all your favorite Nick characters reunite from 30 years of animation to battle for justice, kill off bad guys and save the world.

Among the characters and series taking part in this all new parody of Nintendo's meme populated Super Smash Brothers franchise include SpongeBob SquarePants, The Wild Thornberrys, Invader ZIM, Danny Phantom, AAAHH!!! Real Monsters, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, The Loud House, the inappropiate Ren & Stimpy Show (which caused the series creator to get fired for violent content on children's television), Hey Arnold! and Rugrats. Characters from Avatar: The Final Airbender, The Legends of Korra and CatDog are also likely to appear.

The game will be available to play on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation4, PlayStation5, XBOX One and XBOX Series NS. A PC/Mac release has yet to be unveiled.

A CLUE! A CLUE! - Nickelodeon Revs Up Highlights for Blue's Clues 25th Silver Anniversary Celebration

 Before that Spanish speaking girl Dora or that PAW Patrol team of rescue dogs, there was one series on Nickelodeon, Noggin and Nick Jr that would defeat them all. That series is BLUE's CLUES which was first broadcasted to the world on Sunday September 8th, 1996 as part of a primetime sneak peek of Nick Jr. on Nick@Nite, Nickelodeon's overnight block airing from 10PM to 6AM ET. The series created by Traci Paige Johnson (voice of the title character), Todd Keseller and Angela C. Santomero (Super WHY!, Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood, Creative Galaxies, Wishenpoof!, Charlie's Colorforms City) and first concepted in the summer of 1994-95 followed the adventures of Steven Burns a live-action host and his animated dog companion Blue in a preschool-oriented game show which they would need to find three clues to figure out the everyday struggles of preschool lifestyle.

In April 2002, Burns would depart the show and be replaced by Donovan Patton which would lead to the most hillarious kids television rumor hoax of all time. The series continued up until May 2004. Following the series' cancellation, a puppet show spinoff Blue's Room would be launched that August in which Blue would ditch her "bow bow bow bow!" barking and be able to speak proper English to the viewers watching at home. Patton would still continue to this spinoff up until its cancellation in 2007.

The franchise went silent for 12 years and then came back to modern life in the Emmy-nominated Blue's Clues & You! (4 seasons x 86 23-minute episodes) which introduced both old and new fans to new Filipino-American host Joshua Dela Cruz (understudy for Walt Disney's Aladdin: The Broadway Musical Spectacular) with the series now rocking in CGI and a 16:9 widescreen format. Burns and Patton also contribute to this revival, guest starring in, writing and directing select episodes for the viewers' nostalgia sake. Burns also contributes as one of the consulting producers.

No matter what generation you were born in, and despite a controversial Pride Month music video last month that SHOULDN'T be allowed for kids, it's safe to say that Blue's Clues has left a lasting impact as one of the greatest preschool classics of our time.

Now, Nickelodeon, ViacomCBS, 9 Story Entertainment Media Group and its subsidiaries Out of the Blue Enterprises and Brown Bag Films are honoring the legacy of this animated dog with a year-long celebration of the 25th anniversary rolling out through 2022.

It all kicks off with the announcement of an ALL-NEW feature-length adventure, the first since 2006's Meet Blue's Baby Brother which marked the decade-long anniversary 15 years ago. In the new film, Josh and Blue venture to the "Crossroads of the World" Times Square in the "City That Never Sleeps" New York City, New York State to audition in roles for a world-renowned Broadway musical.

Aside from this, other content projects will be made for the celebration including the release of two new episodes, a 24-hour marathon of the best bits and new consumer projects

Blue's Clues & You! season 2-3 concludes the second season with TWO new episodes airing for the anniversary. First up is a MASSIVE 4th wall break of celebrating the birthday of their fans as the team's way of saying "Thank you SO MUCH for all your help today" after all these years. The episode titled "It's YOUR Birthday!" (S02E18) will air Friday July 17th at the series' usual timeslot of 11AMET/10AMCT/8AMPT

Then FINALLY after 17 years, The AMAZING Periwinkle is back! in the new episode "Our New Neighbor!" (S02E19?/S03E01?) airing over the Halloween season on Friday October 1st. Although Periwinkle is actually NOT a new character in this reboot, it's at least nice to see this magician cat FINALLY get the CGI animation treatment.

Also in the works is a NEW nostalgia music video featuring all three hosts of the USA smash hit and some of their biggest fans also appearing in the video. This type of format is inspired by the success of NOGGIN's "Why We Dance?" #Juneteenth celebration music video which dropped on Nick Jr. YouTube last month.

BLue is also thrilled to be part of this year's 100 Days of Reading summer reading log campaign courtesy of fellow Nickelodeon contributor Save The Children Foundation. The series will also embark on a Reading Bus tour which will travel across the country over the summer.

New consumer products are also in the works, courtesy of Just Play and LeapFrog

There will also be a limited-run BLUEtique courtesy of FCA Jewlery

Also, the Nick Jr. channewl and the Pluto TV livestream app will also ring in the show's legacy with an SHE BARKS ALL DAY AND NIGHT! 24-hours marathon of the best episodes on Wednesday September 8th, 25 YEARS EXACT to the series' original premiere.

Plus, Nickelodeon's Suites & Resorts theme parks in Punta Cana Dominican Republic and Rivera Maya will launch new larger than REAL LIFE versions of some of the elements from the show at their resorts over the summer.

And finally (saved the best for last and for good reason too), over 20 new games, ebooks and new play-along video versions of the reboot's episodes will be available for your inner moose and bird loving child's pleasure on NOGGIN, Nickelodeon's award-winning SVOD revived app/channel for preschoolers named after the defunct TV channel that ran from 1999-2009. Additionally, the first 12 episodes of the reboot and the remaining two seasons of the original that aired from April 2002-May 2004 will be dropping onto the recently-successful Paramount+ SVOD in September which joins the previous four seasons nd Blue's Room spinoff recently made available back in December and January respectively. The remaining episodes of the Blue's Clues franchise both the original and reboot will rollout onto both platforms in the coming years.

It's Time For A RIPOFF? - Bubble Guppies Season 5 Now Streaming On NOGGIN

 After three years away, the GUPPIES are back in town. The ALL-NEW season 5 of Bubble Guppies is now available on NOGGIN! All your favorite characters are back with a new voice cast, a new character named Zooli and a all star-studded celebrity team.

In the fifth season (26 episodes), Molly, Gil and their friends return to their school studies to go on more crazy adventures, sing educational songs, play shopping and also do a ripoff of fellow Nick Jr series The Backyardigans where the recess story takees up the ENTIRE episode.

Brianna Gentielle, Frank Welker and Nickelodeon announcer Chris Phillips who have been with the series since day one back in January 2011, return to their roots as the voices of Molly (singing), Bubble Puppy and Mr. Grouper (singing) respectively, while Fred Tariscore who hasn't been with the show since 2015 takes over from the late Tino Insana who died in 2017 as the voice of Mr. Grouper.

Among the celebs featured this season include Carol Kane, Tracy Morgan, Alice Cooper, Jane Lynch, George Takei and Rachel Duatch.
