YOU BLOCKHEAD! - Peanuts Return With First New TV Special AFTER 10 YEARS

 AAAUGH!!!! Charlie Brown, Snoopy and the gang have done it again

DHX Media, WildBrain Entertainment and Apple TV+ have unveiled the first all-new Peanuts special in 10 YEARS, For Auld Lang Syne, Charlie Brown the second New Year's special in the franchise which is slated to debut on the SVOD next Friday December 10th.

In the new special, the savage antagonist character Lucy Van Pelt finally brings out her good side as she hosts an annual New Years Eve party and Charlie Brown actually gets to something goo dhappen to him for once in his life. But not having produced any new specials for a decade, the famous questions of the franchise still remmain: Will Charlie Brown EVER kick Lucy's football? Will Linus EVER get a visit from the Great Pumpkin on Halloween Night? Will Schroder play different composers of classical music besides Ludwig van Beethoven on his toy grand piano? Wil Sally stop calling Linus her "sweet baboon"? Will Peppermint Patty & Marcie EVER get Charlie Brown's name right? Will Charlie Brown EVER get a good grade on his War & Peace by Leo Tolstoy book report? Will the parents and adult characters FINALLY have their faces revealed to the audience? And of course, WHEN WILL SNOOPY KILL THE RED BARON????

"For Auld Lang Syne, Charlie Brown" is the first new Peanuts special in 10 YEARS. Tdhe last time swe've seen them in their trademark format since the mid-60s was in 2011's Happiness is a Warm Blanket, Charlie Brown where Linus throws a huge rant over everyone for trying to remove his security blanket forever. Since then, they have appeared in multiple forms of media including new TV series and movies here and there but this will be the first time in a decade the Peanuts gang go back to their roots.

This new New Years Eve special will see a new era for the format by experimenting to have the main story take center stage on the other characters that fans have come to know and love fo know and love for over 72 years.

It's currently unknown whether or not the new special will continue to use the archived recordings of Snoopy & Woodstock's voices from the late great Bill Melendez who alongside Lee Mendelson, Vince Guaraldi and Peanuts creator Charles M. Schultz (the latter who he and the comic strips that started it all passed away in January-February of the year 2000) would put together the 1965 Christmas special that would begin a legend for one of the greatest franchises in the world.

The legendary CITV prankster of 2006 is back with the highly-anticipated SEASON 6 (42 x 15-minute episodes, 21 halfhours). The new season which premiered Monday shows Henry (voiced by the legendary Lizzie Waterworth) up to his usual tricks again, bamboozling his terrible parents and teachers with pranks, mud, slime, burps and farts galore but he must he must always be careful to not make his pranks go too far or else he will be grounded and will "go to his room and stay there" causing him to scream and zoom his mouth into the camera lens.

The Fresh Beats Band Reunite On That Girl LayLay

 It's been five dolphin chirp years but the day has come,

Nick Jr. powerhouse recording artist The Fresh Beats Band is set to reunite on Nickelodeon's latest sitcom That Girl LayLay tonight at 7:30pm.

In the new episode "Make Room for LayLay", Alina and Sadie try to have the ultimate time of their lives, but in true hip-hop fashion, her rapid fire rhymes take her way too far.

The Nick Jr. fab four which originally formed between 2009-2016 consiting of Jon Beavers (Kiki), Thomas Hobson (Shout), Shayna Rose & Tara Perry (Marina) and MC Yvette Gonzalez-Nash (Twist). The seven-year music quartet has also released two music albums and a crossover with fellow Nick Jr show Yo Gabba Gabba! titled "Yo Fresh Beats Go Gabba Gabba!" released June 9, 2012.

Although the mentioned Gabba gang is getting a modern-day reboot for Apple TV+ in 2022, it's currently unknown whether or not if the FBB will be getting the reboot treatment as well. They tried the reboot once with The Fresh Beat Band of Spies in June 2015, but it was more a bootleg animated replica of theirselves and acred like the fourth and final season of the franchise.

Nickelodeon's PAW Patrol doesn't seem the signs of cancellation anytime sooner or later. As the franchise nears its 10th anniversary and with the $128 million dollar success of the theatrical The PAW Patrol Movie, Nickelodeon, Spin Master and Paramount have announced that the franchise will be expanding into more ways than one.

First off, the Mighty Pups arc gets ripoff in the highly-anticipated sequel PAW Patrol II: The Mighty Pups Movie scheduled to release on October 13, 2023. TYes, the pups' timeline has repeated itself treating like the 2018 Mighty Pups arc never existed.

And on the high heels of successful spinoffs for Blue's Clues, Dora the Explorer, Rugrats and SpongeBob SquarePants, PAW Patrol will be getting its first ever spinoff series AND YOU WILL WATCH EVERY EPISODE WHETHER YOU LIKE THE IDEA OR NOT >:(

SCRAM! Sesame Street IS BACK! - Season 52 Premieres Veterans Day November 11th

The Sesame gang is back again and they're bringing in more laughter and learning than you shake a stick at. Season 52 drops on HBO Max this Veterans Day!

The new season follows the Sesame gang continuing their knowledge of the questions and answers used when predicting what stuff they'll play next. Joining the cast off the heels of a successful hour-long special last year is Tango, Elmo's new dog. Because HBO and Sesame are lazy at times, not many episodes of the Elmo's World 2017 reboot which is the TRUE closing segment of Sesame Street will be made but a few will be made this season at some point.

Also joining the cast, we are excited to welcome Chris Costa, Mia Perez and Alex Weisman who will play the roles of Dave, Mia and Frank respectively.

Welp it's getting down to the wire. Two months left to go. This month, we're discussing "Upstanding" and standing up to bullying.

This isn't the first time our channels have done this. Back in 2010-15 Nickelodeon's All Together Now campaign was instated including exclusive clips of Dora the Explorer and Bubble Guppies which teach children of the consequences of bullying and what they can do to provent it.

NOGGIN Road Tour 2021 - NOGGIN Knows Season 2 IS HERE

 THe wait is over, after months of anticipation, NOGGIN Knows IS BACK.

The all-new season 2 sees Emmanuel Carter and the NOGGIN/Nick Jr. characters from Bubble Guppies, Santiago of the Seas and PAW Patrol embark on a new learning adventure as they venture on a road trip across the USA and Canada. In each new adventiure on their trip in the new season (6 x 14-16-minute episodes), children will learn about the many places and cultures in our nation of freedom.

To celebrate the launch of season 2, NOGGIN has put together two all-new soundtrack CD albums containing the music from the show, including the tracks from the first season launched back in January.

In the summer of 1971, four Brits, the late Freddie Mercury on the mic, Brian May on guitar, Roger Taylor on drums and the lately-disrepsected John "Deacy" Deacon  recruited together at Mountain Studios to record their first song "Keep Yourselves Alive" on their self-titled debut album. They formed their band under the name QUEEN with a logo full of Chinese zodiacs...and a music legacy was born.

Since then, the dust biting, bicycle racing, pressure decreasing, opera rhapsodying rock and roll idol of West London has grown to become a music icon which has sold over 300,000,000 albums, multiple music videos, a feature length film named after Bohemian Rhapsody, the song that first released on their 4th album A Night at the Operas in late 1975 which spent 9 weeks at the top of the UK Singles Charts and becoming a Christmas number #1 smash hit. But aside from BoheRhap, it wasn't until 1985's LIVE AID Africa famine relief charity concert that put the band firmily onto the worldwide stage.

However, in 1991 the band started to fall apart as Freddie himself suffering from HIV AIDS in April 1987 became really lazy and NEVER told us about his illness until the day before he died November 23rd 1991. Following Mercury's death on November 24th of that year, the band reassembled themselves and recruited their fellow rock and roll artists including the late David Bowie who collaborated with them on "Under Pressure" on their Hot Spaces 1982 album which inspired the stupid Vanilla Ice ripoff that nobody asked for and assembled The Freddie Mercury Funeral Concert on April 20, 1992 to give Mercury a emotional sendoff to heaven. The band were also remade famous in America around this time with their Bohe Rap track once again topping the charts following its inclusion on the 1992 hit live-action movie Wayne's World. The money earned from the concert was poured in to create The Mercury Phoenix Trust foundation.

Now in its 50th year with the loss of Mercury, the '97 retirement of Deacon and new members vocalists Paul Rodgers and Adam Lambert, pianist Spike Edney, bassist Neil Fairclough and drummers Rufus Tiger Taylor and Tyler Warren, the band still shows no signs of Stopping Themselves Now.

To celebrate the 50th golden anniversary of one of if not the greatest rock and roll ballads of our generation, Disney and ABC are putting together a new entry of their hit Family SingAlong series started last year dedicated to the life and music of the legendary rock and roll music name of the early '70s-mid '90s. The special will include renditions of the band's hits by artists including OneRepublic, Fallout Boys and Pentatonix among others.

This isn't the first time the band has collaborated with Disney. Last January 2020, the band was morphed into plush toy figures for the hit Disney and LINE Japanese mobile game Disney Tsum Tsum first released in July 2014.

It is currently unknown if The Queen Family SingAlong will have the surviving original members of the band Brian & Roger will get involved despite the band's lead singer of 2012 Adam Lambert taking part. It's also unknown if archive concert footage of Mercury will also be used since starting around 2003, the band has had a tradition of reuising Mercury's concert clips for the tracks "Bohemian Rhapsody", "Loves of My Life" and "The Words of Love" reminding both their new and long-time fans how much the late Zimbabwe vocalist and pianist of the hit British rock and roll band meant so very special to them giving them some emotional nostalgia.

EPIC News To Bring The WIggles 30th Year End With A BANG

 The Wiggles Facebook this month has announced some shocking news about the upcoming future of the band's history with three shocking news events

First up, a disapointment for all female enthusiasts of the group, after performing with Simon and Lachlan for eight years, Emma Watkins the first female member in the band's history has decided to step down as the yellow shirt wearing lead singer and driver of the Big Red Car. The red shirt wearing Tsehay Hawkins who joined the group last month as part of their YouTube series Fruit Salad TV will step in as the new yellow wiggle.

Second, continuing the tradition of performing in their home country around Christmas, the band will launch into their eighth aannual BIG SHOW! Christmas tour which will see all eight members of the band in their finest quality.

And finally, after eight years apart, we're excited to announce that the ORIGINAL fab four of fun that started it all three decades ago will be returning! That's right for a limited time, Greg Page, Murray Cook and Jeff Fatt will reunite with their founding creator and blue member Anthony Field for a limited Reunion Tour that will last throughout at least early 2022. Hoping Greg doesn't get sick this time. :(

Reigning Champion Ken Jennings to Return as Host of Akex Trebek's Jeopardy with Co-Host Mavin Bialik

 The wait is over. Back by popular demand, the reigning 74-episode Jeopardy! champion Ken Jennings is returning to host the show BUT FOR REAL this time along new co-host Mavin Bialik. The duo hosts the ALL-NEW Season 38 of the syndicated version since 1984

Jennings has hosted the show before at the beginning of the year two months after the sudden wake of the tragic death of Trebek at age 80 due to cancer.

Trebek and Bialik will host the first 48 episodes of the series from September 20th to November 5th, 2021. It is currently unknown if they'll host the full fourth quarter of the year ending on 12/31.

Blue's Clues Goes LGBTQ+ With new Rainbow Puppy Character Voiced by Brianna Bryan

 If you thought a drag queen Nina West singing a parody of The Ants Go March parody was enough to disrespect the LGBTQ+, THINK AGAIN.

Blue's Clues & You! kicks off it's third season in two days time, and this time it's characters are once again being rude to the LGBTQ community, which might cause some freakouts of some parents who should "DON'T let your kids watch it!"

This season alongside the return of Periwinkle, introduces a new LGBTQ+ character named Rainbow Puppy voiced by Brianne Bryan (Cartoon Network's Craig of the Creeks and NBC's This Is Us). Rainbow Puppy is the sixth main dog character in the franchise following Blue, Magenta and Green Puppy from the original (the latter of which hasn't debuted in the reboot yet) and Polka Dots and Sprinkles from its spinoff Blue's Room produced with the cast of PBS and HBO's Sesame Street.

The Rainbow Puppy character will appear throughout the third and fourth seasons as well as the recently greenlit movie that will debut next year which involves Joshua Dela Cruz and the title puppy voiced by Traci Paige Johnson attempting to audition for a famed New York City Broadway musical.

It's currently unknown whether the character will talk or just make the typical "bow bow bow bow bow" bark sound effects like Blue, Magenta and Green Puppy does.

Heart Pumping Up The Jams - NOGGIN Releases The COMPLETE Big Hearts World Beats Album

 NOGGIN, one of Nickelodeon's three hit SVOD channels and apps for preschoolers today has unveiled the COMPLETE version of the Big Hearts World Beats album. The album contains a full 11 songs. The album contains the six tracks that have already been made available with music videos courtesy of Made By Radio, along with five additional tracks.

TAKE! IT!! OFF!!! - PAW Patrol's Rubble to Appear on The Masked Singer Australia Sunday September 26th on Network 10

It's not that often when you see the Noggin/Nick Jr characters on reality competition game shows, especially those with the Simon Cowell insults

Network 10 is thrilled to announce that the construction worker bulldog from PAW Patrol Rubble (voiced by Keegan Headley) will be taking the stage of the Australian dub of the hit Disney-FOX game show hosted by Nick Cannon (All That, The Nick Cannon Show, Disney Parks Christmas Day Parade, The N and TeenNick Top 10) which will air on Sunday September 26th, 2021 at 7.30pm ACT/Monday 9/27 5.30am US ET

Rubble of PAW Patrol is just one of the many A-list costumes on the third season of The Masked Singer Australia currently at 8 episodes. The Australian dub of the hit Disney-FOX show is able to continue shaping up the success of its USA counterpart

But of course the real question of everybodys lips who have watched the show over the past two years, which celebrity will be behind the mask? The only one way to find out is of course to "TAKE! IT! OFF!" and when the mask is taken off the mystery celebrty behind this PAW Patrol character mascot suit will be unveiled.

This isn't the first time that a preschool superstar has appeared on the Australian version of Nick Cannon's award-winning karaoke challenge which puffs out two seasons every year. The Wiggles member Simon Pryce has also taken part, playing the role of the Puppet in Season 2 of the Australian version last August 2020.

A Reboot Baby's Gotta Do What They Gotta Do - Nickelodeon & Paramount+ Greenlight Rugrats 2021 Reboot Season 2

 If your newborns or millenniuals is wanting to crave some more Rugrats then we've got you covered. Nickelodeon and Paramount+ have just greenlit ordered a new 13-episode second season (season 11 overall) of the reboot based on one of Nick's hit three Nicktoons since 1991 which will roll out in the fall of 2022.

To celebrate this renewal, the next eight episodes of the current season including a Halloween episode will drop at 3AM Thursday October 7th on the latter SVOD streaming platform. The new eps will also air in primetime on Nickelodeon at 8PM/7c.

The second batch of episodes was originally scheduled for release on P+ on Thursday August 26th but was postponed and pushed over to 2 months later.

Rugrats (211 episodes) is created and produced by Klasky Csupo (The Wild Thornberrys, All Grown Up!, Rocket Power, McDonalds' The Wacky Adventures of Ronald McDonald), music produced by DEVO's Bob Mothersbaugh and Mark Mothersbaugh (Yo Gabba Gabba!, Dance A Lot Robot) and produced for Paramount+ in association with Nickelodeon Animation Studios in Burbank, CA.

Nostalgia Is AWESOOOOOOME!!!! - iTunes AppleTV+ to Revive Nick Jr's Yo Gabba Gabba

DHX Media, Apple and WildBrain announced the razzle dazzle news that it would be reviving the classic Nick Jr. 2007 series Yo Gabba Gabba! for a whole new generation of kids which has been picked up for a new 20-episode fifth season.

The series' creators Christian Jacobs (The Aquabats) and Scott Schultz and presenter Lance Robertson are on board to join the dance party and bring this beloved show back to life for the modern generation.

If possible, all the other well-known stars including the voice cast of composer/songwriter Adam Deibert (The Aquabats) as Muno, Emma Jacobs as Foofa, Amos Waterine as Brobee and Erin Pearce as Toodee and regular celebrities Leslee Hall and Mark Mothersbaugh (Rugrats, All Grown Up!) will also be presented and accounted for. However, this unfortunately means that they will have to find a new hip hop rapper to do the "Beat of the Day" beatbox sketches since Biz Markie died two months ago.

It is currently unknown what Dancey Dance or Super Music Friends Show celebrities will be taking part in the new episodes.

Apple TV+ is slated to bow the new series on Friday October 29th

The original series aired across Nickelodeon, Nick Jr and Noggin between August 2007 and November 2015 and included a multitude of guest stars and music performances including The Little Ones, GoGo13, Lady Tigra, Mos Def, The Aggrolites and legends Solange Knowles, The Roots, Jack Black and Weird Al Yankovic among others.

Success led to being dubbed in over 45 languages, a merchandise deal, seven mobile videogames and a five-year-running concert tour.

The Construction of the Pawprints - Nickelodeon Unveils LOST Footage from ORIGINAL 1995 Blue's Clues "Blueprints" Pilot Episode

 To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Blue's Clues franchise, Nickelodeon and Nick Jr's social media accounts have unveiled some lost footage from Blue's Prints the ORIGINAL pilot for the show first made in July 1995 and never aired on TV.

Some of the differences have already been noted for years, including the series logo and title card, the design of the house, Steven Burns the show's original host/presenter wearing a red/pink Hawaiian polo shirt instead of his trademark green stripes, Blue being a cat instead of a dog, the show opening with the song "Can You Help Me Today?" which would later resurface in 2000 for the Blue's Big Treasure Hunt: A Musical Expedition soundtrack CD instead of ending with the trademark "So Long Song" and Mr. Salt voiced by Nick Balaban (Bubble Guppies) talking in a New York accent instead of the France one in the final version.

Today Nick's social media accounts have uploaded some more lost clips with differences from the final show, including the intro for the pilot, the absence of Sidetable Drawer (voiced by Aleisha LaNae Allen), the notebook without its Handy Dandy nickname and an early incarnation of the classic "Here's The Mail" Mailtime song which would usually end with screaming in an impersonation of Pee-Wee Herman from the classic preschool variety series PeeWee's Playhouse according to a conference speech made by Burns during a panel back in 2011.

It is possible that the full pilot will be unveiled rather quickly as Nick Jr's Facebook page has credited this as a "first look" video.

Nickelodeon and Paramount+ today announced that it will rocket to the cosmos with the all-new animated entry in the award-winning Star Trek franchise STAR TREK: Prodigy bowing onto the platforms on Thursday October 28th, 2021 at 3AM.

Nickelodeon itself is no stranger to science fiction. And on the heels of last Thanksgiving's successful The Astronauts series, the ever-expanding Star Trek franchise which continues to grow its starship since the olde black and white tellys of 1966 will seek the life of day once more on a new network with a new crew and new crime-fighting action.

STAR TREK: Prodigy is the latest reboot to join the Paramount+ roster which currently includes Rugrats (May) and iCarly (June). Additional reboots in the works include real life versions of The Fairly OddParents! and Nick Jr's Dora the Explorer.
