If your newborns or millenniuals is wanting to crave some more Rugrats then we've got you covered. Nickelodeon and Paramount+ have just greenlit ordered a new 13-episode second season (season 11 overall) of the reboot based on one of Nick's hit three Nicktoons since 1991 which will roll out in the fall of 2022.
To celebrate this renewal, the next eight episodes of the current season including a Halloween episode will drop at 3AM Thursday October 7th on the latter SVOD streaming platform. The new eps will also air in primetime on Nickelodeon at 8PM/7c.
The second batch of episodes was originally scheduled for release on P+ on Thursday August 26th but was postponed and pushed over to 2 months later.
Rugrats (211 episodes) is created and produced by Klasky Csupo (The Wild Thornberrys, All Grown Up!, Rocket Power, McDonalds' The Wacky Adventures of Ronald McDonald), music produced by DEVO's Bob Mothersbaugh and Mark Mothersbaugh (Yo Gabba Gabba!, Dance A Lot Robot) and produced for Paramount+ in association with Nickelodeon Animation Studios in Burbank, CA.
