It's now been over a month since Disney Junior has rebranded with the new acronym logo that is basically
a Disney ripoff of the 2009 Nick Jr logos. To celebrate this new era, Disney has cooked up some real great programming and primetime specials to air throughout the summer.

Among the new content featured includes all-new episodes of its hit series Mickey Mouse Funhouse, SuperKitties, MARVEL's Spiderman and his Amazing Friends, Firebuds, Bluey minisodes, the epic season finale of Pupstruction and its new hit series Ariel The Little Mermaid. New episodes of Firebuds and the season finale of Pupstruction will also premiere in extended primetime at 7:00pm and 7:30pm ET on Wednesday nights, July 17th and 24th respectively

The network's popular interstitial miniseries Me & Mickey, Minnie's Bow Toons: Camp Minnie, Playdate with Winnie the Pooh and Me & Winnie the Pooh are also returning to the channel for a whole new slew of episodes, set to be released on July 31st, August 19th and August 20th respectively.

And finally, the new miniseries joining the pre-K party include Disney Junior's Play Gamebreak and Disney Animals: Under the Sea with Ariel, the latter being the latest addition of the network's award-winning Disney Animals series, both slated to premiere on July 15th and followed by the already greenlit SuperKitties: Supurr Adventures launching August 7th.Additionally for the summer, the Disney Junior Play Bus road tour will be crusing the streets of New York and Hollywood.

The new slew of Disney Junior's summer TV programming all leads up to the grand opening night of the latest and arguably greatest addition to the Disney Junior stage show broadway musical imposter series Disney Junior Live on Tour: Let's Play!, scheduled to curtain goes up to have its first performances at the Segerstrom Center for the Performing Arts in Costa Mesa, CA on Tuesday September 17th.
