If you were a kid back in the 60s-70s you remember Fred ROgers and his hit show Mr Rogers Negihborhood on PBS Kids. And this month was and is HIS 50TH YEAR! Can you believe just 50 years ago this month Mr Rogers hit our public television screens? 15 years ago he died of cancer and a special Blues Clues ep was dedicated to him in his memory.
As a way of saying "Thank you" for helping Fred reach this milestone, PBS KIDS is throwing a special 5-day 50th Anniversary marathon including the highly anticipated Season 3 finale of Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood (the 2012 CGI spinoff).
Thank you for allowing Mr Rogers to be a part of your childhood and continue to let this legendary icon live in your hearts forever.
It's such a good feeling to know that we are life long friends.
