The Spo geBob SquarePants Musical to Close Broadway Run September 16

Viacom has announced that The SpongeBob SquarePants Musical will be ending it’s New York broadway run due to renovations of the Palace Theater/ Spongebob will be taking his final NYC bow on Sunday September 16th. But do not be sad, because Spongebob will be back next fall with a new run of the smash Musical across the US!

A big thanks to Tom Kenny, Stephen Hillenburg, Gavin Lee, They Might Be Giants, Panic At the Disco, Plain White Te, David Bowie and all the cast and crew and all the SpongeBob fans out there who have worked together to make this musical a HUGE success over the last ten months, as we wouldn’t have made this musical happen if it weren’t for your hard work and support.

So until we meet again, goodnight and farewell.
