After eight years of the Kidscreen summit being lazy idiots and Paramount and Viacom almost always losing to the stupid Hopster channel, Nickelodeon’s video streaming app relaunch of the Noggin TV channel has FINALLY won the Best Preschool Video Dtreaming App category at the Kidscreen Awards.
