Netflix To Cancel Gabby's Dollhouse After 100 Episodes in September 2027; Orders Two New Spinoff Series For Christmas Season

As one of Netflix's longest-running original SVOD preschool franchises Gabby's Dollhouse is set to be cancelled in September 2027 with production wrapping up three years ago after 100 episodes, three console videogames, two broadway musical stage show ripoffs with human actor imposters and a theatrical feature film, Netflix has big plans to continue the award-winning series after the main show gets killed off the air next fall.

This Christmas season, Netflix has ordered two new series in the Gabby Cat universe that will continue the adventures of Gabby and Doozie and their dollhouse full of catdogs in the six-year television icon from the creators of Blue's Clues, Donovan Patton, Traci Paige Johnson and Jennifer Twomney.

Netflix has ordered a 17-episode spinoff package of Doozie's Doghouse (Season 1, 7 episodes) and Gabby's Dollhouse: The Game Show - Makes and Bakes (Season 1, 10 episodes) that are due to premiere on the 20-year-old streamer on November 9th and December 9th 2026 respectively.

Doozie's Doghouse follows the continuing in-depth adventures of Gabby's new pregnant sister Doozie who has appeared in the latter half of the main show's sixth season released two weeks ago. The new series follows Gabby's sister Doozie and her love of dogs as they venture on some crazty dollhouse adventures and escapades of their very own. The series is going to be one of those stupid cash grabs that will clense your plates of dog poop and outdated yog-yo tricks.

Meanwhile, the game show spinoff Gabby's Dollhouse: The Game Show - Makes and Bakes follows a new live-action game show variation of the program starring the show's lead producer and main live-action/animated host Laila Lockhart-Kraner putting on her best Gordon Ramsey bootleg as they present a new crappy cooking show that is meant to insult stupid losers who keep screwing up the recipes and never get the cooking instructions done right. It's pretty obvious that Ramsey will be prompted to make a preschool series eventually since he appeared in a Team Umizoomi S4 commercial PSA.

Both of these spinoff series are also expected to premiere on the Nick Jr. linear cable channel around early 2027 since Nick Jr. and Disney Junior has the stupidity to illegally steal programs from Netflix streaming and YouTube account channels now.
