As we currently live in an era of the unfortunate coronavirus which is causing all schools to close, movie theaters shut down and events with crowds of fans to get cancelled or postponed, it's no surprise that Warner Bros' SCCOB movie is also following the same crisis.
The first all animated Scooby Doo movie with a crossover of other Hanna Barbara programs was originally scheduled to release on May 22nd but due to the virus the theatrical release of the film has now been cancelled/postponed until further notice.
Instead, Warner Bros will release te film on video on demand on May 15th, a week early from its originally scheduled release date.
Warner Bros. spokesmen thought it was the best decision just to keep everyone safe and to continue delivering all of their hard work.
