Over the past month, Nickelodeon has revealed a new website design for the Nick Jr channels worldwide. However, the website design isn't new. The new website design is a ripoff of the Nickelodeon USA website used since late-2018.
How is this a ripoff you might ask? Well, for starters it has the same purple background. Second off, all games, episodes and pages to the series available on the channel have been taken off the sites. Third, they moved all content to the Nick Jr. Play app. Finally, the only things that are still on the site are show information and the channel's TV schedule.
The following channels outside of America that ripped off the Nick website include:
Nick Jr. Australia at nickjr.com.au
Nick Jr. Brazil at nickjr.com.br
Nick Jr. Denmark at nickjr.dk
Nickelodeon Junior France at nickelodeonjr.fr
Nick Jr. Germany at nickjr.de
Nick Jr. International at nickjr.tv
Nick Jr. Latin America at la.nickjr.tv
Nick Jr. Dutch Netherlands at nickjr.nl
Nick Jr. Poland at nickjr.pl
Nick Jr. Spain at nickjr.es
Nick Jr. UK & Ireland at nickjr.co.uk
These website changes with games and episodes removals make no sense as since 2015, online games and episodes have also been made available as mobile friendly websites on smartphones and tablets.
Fear not, everything is still up and running on the Internet Archive Wayback Machine. Just type in the addresses into the search bar at web.archive.org to keep the fun going.
The USA site is still interactive and all your fave Nick Jr stars are still presented and accounted for.
