Nickelodeon's second greatest cash cow preschool series of all time, Dora the Explorer turns 25 in August and to celebrate, Nickelodeon is going full force in the marketing campaign with the release of their new abum The Great DORA Fiesta which released on June 13th. The new album features 15 tracks which includes reworkings of the original themes from the 2000 series.
Among the tracks featured incclude new salsa versions of the reboot's theme song and "We Did It! Super Bien!" closing theme as well as an acapella version of the original classic theme song. Among the artists joining in the celebration include Christopher Harrison, Oh Hush and Animal Kingdom Creatives.

Additionally to mark the silver jubilee occasion, Dora's former animation studio Funline Animation that was in charge of animating the franchise for its first 17 years has released the full official 1999 test pilot of the iconic show. The pilot episode is a prototype version of the fourth episode "Beaches" from the show's first season, the ending clip of which was already posted back in 2018 to promote the release of the live-action imposter film Dora and the Lost City of Gold.
