On This Day - Disney Plus SVOD Launched

It's now been a year since Disney's recently popular SVOD app/channel Disney+ has first launched to the public. A new SVOD channel that brings an archive of all the best Walt Disney Company content past, present and future all in one place with a $7 subscription.

And since then, Disney+ batch of content just keeps on coming, including the at-home theatrical releases of Mulan (live action) and Pixar's Soul, Monsters Inc. at Work and the upcoming sixth season of the Mickey Mouse cartoon shorts (retitled The Wonderful Worlds of Mickey Mouse) slated to debut on Mickey's birthday November 18th for obvious reasons, because that character was first created on that date and Disney usually has big plans to ring in his birth with a bang, so this new batch of shorts is no exception.

Unfortunately the success of Disney+ has also caused the shutdown of various Disney Channels across the globe including those in the UK, Australia and New Zealand, France, Germany, Italy and Spain.

Subscribe to Disney+ now to relive all your fave Disney classics and enjoy some exclusive new ones. Visit www.DisneyPlus.com to subscribe now.
