Times Square Visiting Is CANCELLED - New Years Eve 2021 To Go Virtual This Year

Just when you thought this 2020 year of unfortunate health virus and election results couldn't get any more confusing, the Times Square annual new years eve celebration will be going virtual via video chat this year. The ball will still drop on top of Number One Times Square, the Crossroads of the World as usual, all party goers will be staying at home instead of visiting the iconic landmark like any other year.

Ryan Seacrest' annual TV party Dick Clark New Years Rocking Eve will also be forced to deal with this change. But they're not taking down the party. They still got a great lineup coming at you this New Years Eve Thursday 12/31

The party will be hosted by Seacrest, Clark and corespondent Lucy Haile as usual with Ciara returning for her fourth consecutive year as host of the Hollywood party and Billy Porter hosting the Central time zone in New Orleans
