Coronavirus Update #8

ve As we head into the home stretch with the remaining few months of this weird covid-19 virus condition, here's some more updates.

Disney and Woolworths' 38th annual Carols in the Domain concert will be going indoors this year at the Aware State Theater of the International Convention Center in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia instead of their usual outside gathering at the Domain. Famous acts like Mickey Mouse, The Wiggles, Samantha Jade, Leo Sayer, the cast of Disney's Frozen on Broadway Australia/NZ, Justine Clarke and visit from Santa Clause will all be headlining. This year's festive all-star celebration will be hosted by Larry Emdur and Kylie Gilies. Also for the first time in history, the concert will be broadcasted on WEDNESDAY instead of the typical Saturday/Sunday schedule like all years prior.

Dick Clark's New Years Rocking Eve 2021 and the annual Times Square ball drop is going virtual this year. Performances for this year's NYE party include such acts like Jonas Brothers, Usher, Sheryl Crow, Kelsea Ballarini and Dan & Shay.

Not much is known about the fate of this year's Disney Parks Christmas Day Parade airing on ABC December 25th, but most predict that it will be filmed without a live audience, just like what happened at the Macys Parade last month.

Most of the Nickelodeon and Disney theme parks and resorts have been safe to reopen now with all health and safety priorities in place.

New tour dates for the children's Broadway musical productions Pinkfong Baby Shark live, Disney Live and Nick Jr. Live! Move to the Music have yet to be announced.
