Everybody Quits - Disney Ends 3 More Preschool Programs

2022 conitnues to be more of a mourning year for Playhouse Disney and Disney Junior as three more of its iconic programs from the last coupler of years comes to an end.

First off, the series finale of Fancy Nancy "Nancy Goes Back to Paris At Last" aired two months ago earlier on February 18th bringing an end to this French series adventures after four years since premiering on July 13, 2018. In the final chapter, Nancy FINALLY makes it back to her birthhome in Paris, France and never has to deal with any terrible American issues in her animated world ever again. The final episode of this aired on the same date as the Muppet Babies reboot series finale which is a homage to the late creator Jim Henson and the mid-70s childrens classic The Muppets Show.

Unfortunately, this summer will see the death of two more award-winning programs. With the launch of Disney's new preschool hit Eureka! premiering on June 22, T.O.T.S. and Mira the Royal Detective will both be coming to an end on Friday June 10th and Monday June 20th respectively.

In the final episode of T.O.T.S. which first aired on June 14, 2019 "Baby Fliers/The TOTS Musical Finale Extravaganza", the TOTS cadets make their final missions to bring the world back to justice and throw an all-singing all-dancing extravaganza as dedication to the fans who have been watching every episode.

Meanwhile in Mira the Royal Detective's final case before the detective stuff retires for good "The Big Jalour Wedding Mystery" off the series debuting March 20th, 2020, Mira and her detective agency need to crack the mystery of the whereabouts of the mishaps of the ROyal Wedding before the party is cancelled and everybody quits and goes home.

The cancellation of all four of these series Muppet Babies 2018, Fancy Nancy, TOTS and Mira the Royal Detective will be cancelled to make room for four Disney newcomers announced at last month's Disney Junior Fan Fest at Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California: Hey AJ books adaptation, The Kindergarten Musical, RoboGobo and SuperKitties all of which are expected to premiere between 2022-2024 respectivvely.

RIP to all four of these timeless Disney preschool icons.
